The International Editorial Program invites artists, studios, agencies, companies, and independent professionals from around the globe to participate by submitting applications for the International Editorial Program their work for evaluation.

To participate, you are required to submit at least one and no more than two complete or specific editorial projects. By entering, you consent to allow the organizing committee to publicly showcase your project images while ensuring that your copyright is fully honored.

To submit your projects, you must utilize the provided form and adhere to the file specifications. Initially, input your personal information, including your first and last name and email address. Subsequently, prepare a project description document in .doc, .docx, or PDF format. This document should include the name of the studio, company, or author, along with a description of your project, its country, and its features. Lastly, you are required to submit eight images of your project, all compressed into a single .rar or .zip file.

Please verify the extension of your files prior to submission. If the total size of your project details and images exceeds 8MB, you may send your project using any file transfer service such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Wetransfer.

All submitted projects will be evaluated by the organizing committee. Selected projects will be certified and acknowledged, and will be featured in the Intercontinental Biennial exhibition, which includes presentations in countries across America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. The decisions made by the organizing committee regarding selection are final and conclusive.

Upon receipt of your information, you will receive a confirmation email. Ensure that you add their email address to your contacts to avoid communications being directed to your spam folder. The submission deadline is September 15, 2025.

 

All participants in the International Editorial Program are required to adhere to the following stipulations:

I). An open international call is being held for new artists within the editorial category. Projects from any nation across the globe are eligible to participate. Studios, agencies, or companies from various regions worldwide may also take part. Independent professionals are welcome to join as well. Participants grant the organization permission to publicly disseminate the images of their projects while ensuring that copyright is respected at all times.

II). Both integral and specific editorial projects are eligible for participation. A minimum of one project and a maximum of two projects may be submitted. Participants will determine the number of projects they wish to present.

III). All submitted projects will undergo a selection process. Projects that are selected will receive certification and recognition from the Organizing Committee. The chosen projects will be showcased in the Intercontinental Biennial exhibition, which includes presentations and exhibitions from countries in America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.

IV). The responsibility for selecting the artworks lies with the organizing committee. Any objections, whether specified or not in the guidelines, will be conclusively resolved by the Biennial without the possibility of appeal.
