The Femme Forward Nigeria Program for Young Nigerian Women is a three-month virtual initiative designed to support, empower, and elevate young Nigerian women aged 20 to 25, enabling them to surmount career obstacles through peer collaboration while providing access to both local and global opportunities.

Eligibility – Femme Forward Nigeria Program for Young Nigerian Women

1. Age: Female participants aged 20 to 25.
2. Enthusiasm: A clear passion for personal growth, leadership development, and facing challenges.
3. Commitment: A readiness to actively participate in and contribute to regular circle meetings.
4. Diversity: A focus on creating a varied group that reflects different backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints.
5. Availability: The capacity to attend regular meetings, preferably 2 to 3 times per month.
6. Open-mindedness: An openness to sharing personal experiences, listening to others, and appreciating diverse perspectives.
7. Long-Term Engagement: A commitment to remain involved in the circle for a minimum of three months.
