Pharma Incubation Hub is a career accelerator designed to strengthen the skills and capabilities of pharmacy students across Nigeria. The program focuses on peer-to-peer and peer-to-professional learning, mentorship, and accountability, creating a structured environment for growth and excellence.
Our platform offers a secure, accessible, and interactive space where pharmacy students can connect, collaborate, and cultivate relationships that support continuous self-development. Through meaningful mentorship, participants enhance their professional skills, leadership abilities, and research competencies.
The Pharma Incubation Hub Fellowship aims to develop highly skilled pharmacists capable of excelling in both local and global pharmaceutical industries. By providing intensive training and guidance, the fellowship equips students with the knowledge and experience required to compete at the highest level.
Eligibility Criteria
Participants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a pharmacy student enrolled in a recognized pharmacy school in Africa (from 2nd year to final year).
- Final-year students should have at least 5 months remaining in their academic session.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn, commit time, and actively engage throughout the program.
- Commit to a 5-month virtual fellowship focused on leadership development, research training, and mentorship.
- Have access to an internet-enabled device with sufficient data for participation.
Application Deadline
All applications must be submitted by October 3, 2025.

The fellowship is completely FREE and conducted virtually, allowing students from across Africa to participate.
