Applications are now open for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2.0 — a Federal Government and UNDP initiative designed to empower young Nigerians through paid 12-month internships in reputable organisations. The programme aims to tackle graduate unemployment by offering practical work experience, professional development, and pathways to long-term career growth.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a Nigerian citizen.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or HND (graduated from 2022 onward).
  • Minimum grade: Second-Class Lower (2.2) or Upper Credit (≥3.00).
  • 30 years or younger.
  • Unemployed at the time of application.
  • Completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate.
  • Demonstrate commitment to career development and national growth.
  • Possess strong communication and time-management skills.

  • Notarized degree certificate
  • NYSC certificate or exemption letter
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • NIN slip and BVN

Application Process

Applicants will complete an online form, take an aptitude and psychometric test, and submit a one-minute video answering: “What makes you the ideal NJFP Fellow?” (Maximum 60 seconds, under 10MB).

  • A smartphone (Android 8.0+/iOS 12+; 2GB+ RAM; 720p screen) or computer (Intel i3+, 4GB RAM).
