Applications are now open for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2.0 — a Federal Government and UNDP initiative designed to empower young Nigerians through paid 12-month internships in reputable organisations. The programme aims to tackle graduate unemployment by offering practical work experience, professional development, and pathways to long-term career growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Nigerian citizen.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or HND (graduated from 2022 onward).
- Minimum grade: Second-Class Lower (2.2) or Upper Credit (≥3.00).
- 30 years or younger.
- Unemployed at the time of application.
- Completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate.
- Demonstrate commitment to career development and national growth.
- Possess strong communication and time-management skills.

Application Process
Applicants will complete an online form, take an aptitude and psychometric test, and submit a one-minute video answering: “What makes you the ideal NJFP Fellow?” (Maximum 60 seconds, under 10MB).
