- To be eligible for the programme, applicants must be adult Nigerians who possess a school leaving certificate (SSCE) and have the ability to read and write.
- Additionally, applicants must be residents of Abuja.
- Women who are interested in pursuing opportunities in technical expertise are strongly encouraged to apply.
