Entries open for the International Federation of Accountants Young Leaders Collective
Applications are open for the 2025 International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Young Leaders Collective. The International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) is in search of its next group to join the Young Leaders Collective. IFAC seeks insights and viewpoints from early career and aspiring professional accountants who have less than five years of work experience regarding some of the most significant challenges and opportunities confronting our profession. Gain exposure to several of IFAC’s key initiatives, including technology, artificial intelligence, and the attraction and retention of talent.

- Record and upload a 60-second audio/video explaining your passion for accountancy and your desire to join the Collective.
- Upload a letter of recommendation from a non-family member. This letter can be from professional, academic, or volunteer connections. Preference will be given to applications that include a letter of recommendation from an IFAC member organization, IFAC network partner, or Forum of Firms member.
