CSR In Action needs the services of Lead, Consultancy and Innovation. This is a Hybrid/Remote work requiring some days spent at the office.
Experience:
At least eight years of experience working in development, community engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainability, or related field, with five years in management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the team’s efforts to provide superior service to clients and partner
- Business strategy development
- Manage client relations
- Provide leadership and professional support to team members
- Work closely with client teams to probe paradigms and ultimately drive implementation and change Lead or participate in key internal and external knowledge-building initiatives.
