Entries  are now open for the 2024 Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) ANNUAL ESSAY COMPETITION for undergraduates in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions. The details of the essay competition as as follows:

1. TOPIC: The Rise of Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Job and Workforce Dynamics in Organisations
2. ELIGIBILITY – Only undergraduates in Nigerian tertiary institutions can participate
3. ENTRY DEADLINE- Friday, September 6, 2024

GUIDELINES – Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) ANNUAL ESSAY COMPETITION

The following standards must be met:

• Length: Not more than 3000 words
• Referencing: APA Style (6^th Edition)
• Font: Times New Roman, 12-point font size
• Documentation: Typed in double line spacing: MS Word only
• Plagiarism: Plagiarized content will result in disqualification of the offender’s entry.

• Copy of admission letter to student’s current institution
• One recent passport sized photograph
• Current mobile telephone number and e-mail address
