To be eligible for the program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Hold a first degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
2. Have achieved a minimum of Second Class.
3. Completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps no earlier than January 2023.
4. Be no older than 27 years.
5. Be a recent graduate with no post-NYSC work experience.
6. Be available for the entire 24-month duration of the program.
