Graduate Management Development Scheme – Digital & Technology
- This program is aimed at qualified Nigerian graduates with IT-related backgrounds who are eager to establish a flourishing career in a manufacturing environment that offers top-notch systems and processes.
- Upon successfully completing a highly competitive selection process, candidates will undergo:
- A 12-month management trainee program.
- At the conclusion of the one-year trainee program, candidates will assume a substantive role within the Digital & Technology department of the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A master’s degree in a related field or a strong background in Information Technology/Software development with relevant certifications is an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE, including Mathematics, English, and three other relevant subjects.
- Completion of NYSC, not earlier than January 2020.
- Geographical mobility within and outside Nigeria.
