Hilton PACE Graduate Engineering Development Programme is a well-structured Engineering Development Programme, aimed at expediting the growth of recent graduates and qualified internal talents into future engineering leaders. The programme spans 24 months and is divided into 2 distinct phases.

• The successful candidate will be stationed at Curio Lagos Airport.
• The first phase lasts for 9 months and includes a combination of competency and skills development, enhancing the participant’s technical and professional abilities.
• The second phase extends for 15 months, comprising 80% technical and 20% administrative training to bolster technical, administrative, and managerial skills necessary for daily engineering operations.
• Throughout the programme, participants will acquire hands-on experience, gaining practical skills and knowledge, and will present a technical project at the conclusion of each phase, contributing to their progression towards future engineering leadership roles.

Eligibility – Hilton PACE Graduate Engineering Development Programme

• Primarily, Hilton operates as a hospitality company, and we are in search of individuals who possess a strong alignment with our culture and values.
• You should have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification by the commencement of the program. Proficiency in English, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing, is essential. You must be eligible to work anywhere in Nigeria. Full mobility across Nigeria is required, along with a readiness to relocate as necessary for Hilton. After completing the program, you should also be prepared to be mobile across the MEA region. Availability to commence full-time employment on the 1st of September 2025 is necessary. You should embody the “PACE” and possess the ambition to pursue a pathway that accelerates your career towards becoming a future engineering leader.
