Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business is a comprehensive business education program that aims to empower sole proprietors by providing them with the necessary tools to transform their business potential into tangible growth. Through this program, participants will gain valuable knowledge on various aspects such as pricing strategies, hiring practices, financial management, and much more.

The One Million Black Women: Black in Business fall 2024 cohort is currently accepting applications. We encourage business owners who share our mission of supporting Black women entrepreneurs and fostering job creation, opportunity, and economic development in their communities to apply.

To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Operate as a sole proprietorship with no other full-time employees. Black women sole proprietorships are particularly encouraged to apply.
2. Generate a minimum revenue of $25,000 in the past 12 months.
3. Have a revenue-generating business.
4. Have been operating for at least one year.

Commitment: Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business

As a participant, you will be required to commit 6 hours per week to the program, which will be conducted online with flexible scheduling options. You will have the opportunity to develop and present your business action plan, receive valuable feedback, attend in-person orientation and graduation sessions, and engage with advisors, mentors, and other accomplished business leaders.
