The 2024 Wema Bank Plc Bankers-In-Training (Sales) Programme is now accepting applications. This program offers participants a comprehensive understanding of the banking and financial services industry. It is designed to provide a blended learning experience, combining cognitive and affective learning, on-the-job training, and practical application in the workplace.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the program, applicants must have a BSc in a Management Science course such as Business Administration, Economics, Financial Accounting, Statistics, Operations Research, or Human Resources Management.
A minimum of a 2:1 class of degree is required, and completion of the compulsory National Youth Service Program is also necessary.
Applicants must be under 26 years of age at the time of application.
