Applications open for the Caraway Graduate Trainee Programme
Caraway, one of Africa’s fastest-growing consumer food brands and a proud member of the global Olam Group, is excited to announce that applications are now open for its highly sought-after 2026 Caraway Graduate Trainee Programme. This structured, one-year development initiative is specifically created for ambitious young Nigerian graduates who have recently completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and are eager to fast-track their professional journey in the dynamic fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

By the end of the year, trainees emerge as well-rounded professionals ready to take on mid-level roles within Caraway or the broader Olam ecosystem.
