Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024 World Economic Forum (WEF) Early Career Programme. This program aims to invest in, develop, and inspire a diverse group of leaders who are dedicated to making a positive impact on society and the planet. The program is open to individuals who are committed to promoting sustainable business practices, constructing a peaceful and prosperous future, and driving change in various fields.

World Economic Forum (WEF) Early Career Programme Eligibility

To be considered for this program, applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and up to two years of relevant work experience.
They should also have an interest and experience in program and project management, leadership development, and community management.
Additionally, strong written and verbal English skills are required, along with proficiency in digital collaboration tools and software such as MS Office and Salesforce.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the implementation and administration of a new community membership structure, develop a peer mentorship program, refine the YGL Alumni Community onboarding process, and create online groups for networking and collaboration using our digital community platform, TopLink.

World Economic Forum (WEF) Early Career Programme Requirements

Preferred qualification and experience:

Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
Interest plus experience in programme and project management, in leadership development and in community management
Experience writing for a professional audience plus digital publishing and/or content creation

Desired skills:

Perfect command English; plus excellent professional writing skills in English
Comfortable with a variety of collaboration tools, MS Office, Salesforce and CRM software while database management experience will be an asset).
A Team player and creative self-starter with a strong attention to details with outstanding relationship-building skills

The selected candidate will be responsible for^:

Supporting the implementation and administration of community membership structure
Developing new community peer mentorship programme
Refining the YGL Alumni Community’s onboarding process
Developing topic and subject focussed online groups for the YGL networking and collaboration, and using TopLink, the digital community platform
