Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries program – 2024 Applications now open

Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024 Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries program. This program is designed to support women visionaries who are actively shaping the future they envision, redefining the concept of leadership, and demonstrating what it takes to become a leader in their own unique way.

The VV Visionaries program is a collaboration between Vital Voices Global Partnership and the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, which is the charitable fund of Estée Lauder. Together, we aim to empower the next generation of emerging leaders who are revolutionizing leadership in their everyday lives. Our goal is to champion women leaders across various sectors, industries, and backgrounds who are committed to creating positive social impact in their communities and beyond.

Whether you are an entrepreneur, activist, non-profit leader, or an individual with a bold vision for change, your potential to make a profound impact is immense. We need leaders in every industry and community who utilize their power, influence, and passion to drive positive change. Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries program Eligibility Criteria:

• – Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application and identify as women.
• – They should either have an established social impact organization, business, or initiative, or hold a key decision-making role within such an organization.
• – Alternatively, applicants should have a clear vision for an organization, business, or initiative with a specific social purpose.
• – Proficiency in English is required.

Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries program Benefits of the Program:

• By participating in the VV Visionaries program, participants will have the opportunity to:
• – Complete the Vital Voices Leadership Journey, a comprehensive 7-week virtual course that focuses on developing the essential soft skills needed for effective leadership.
• – Learn valuable leadership lessons from executives at Estée Lauder.
• – Receive a certificate of completion upon successfully finishing the fellowship.
• – Gain the chance to attend an annual in-person Summit.
• – Join the esteemed Vital Voices global network, which comprises over 20,000 women leaders from all corners of the world.

Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries program Program Commitment

• To successfully complete the 7-week program, it is essential to fully engage in all aspects. This includes attending 2-4 hours of live virtual sessions per week and completing weekly assignments. It is important to note that participants should have no more than 2 absences to maintain good standing.
• The virtual sessions are typically scheduled on weekdays in the morning, following Eastern Time. This allows for convenient participation.
• Throughout the program, regular updates must be submitted to Vital Voices. It is also crucial to remain in contact with Vital Voices even after the program concludes. This will enable the sharing of success stories, conducting follow-up surveys to track progress, and exploring further opportunities for awards or visibility.
• In terms of technical requirements, participants must have access to a computer with a camera or a phone, along with a reliable internet or network connection. These resources are necessary to fully engage in the program.
• The program is divided into different cohorts, each with specific dates. Cohort 6 takes place in June-July, Cohort 7 in August-September, and Cohort 8 in October-November. Applicants should keep these dates in mind when applying.

• To apply for the program, applications must be written in English and completed and submitted by March 8th at 8 am ET.
• The application process is expected to take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
