Job Description: Program Manager (Volunteer Position) at Remem Humanitarian Organization
- Take charge of developing the implementation plan and oversee its progress.
- Collaborate with the entire project support team to ensure that their tasks are completed in a timely manner according to the implementation plan.
- Create quarterly reports and share them with the specialist before the specified deadlines.
- Manage the project budget and ensure that all forecasting, budget planning, and financial reports are delivered punctually.
- Monitor the Budget versus Actual report and prevent recurring monthly overspending and underspending areas.
- Supervise all external stakeholders involved in the project and ensure that they fulfill their designated roles as planned.
- Supervise the performance of the project officers and contribute to their professional growth.
- Lead monthly project review meetings and communicate challenges to the team for necessary action.
- Ensure that the local partners responsible for implementation carry out their work as scheduled and maintain the highest standards.
- Contribute to the development of proposals for all sectors.
- Ensure the safety of all project assets and accurately record their information in the asset register.
- Efficiently complete any other tasks assigned by the specialist and other organizational leaders in line with the organization’s objectives.
