  • The ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development Young Graduates Program is specifically designed for young individuals under the age of thirty (30) who possess exceptional skills and talents. These individuals should come from universities and institutions across West Africa and its diaspora. The program offers a transformative two-year experience, during which the selected candidates will be trained as young executives within the Bank. The program includes a six-month probationary period.
