MTN Global Graduate Development Programme 2024 for young Nigerian graduates is now open
MTN Global Graduate Development Programme aims to attract, nurture, and accelerate the growth of exceptional graduates from across Africa and the Middle East. This program offers a unique opportunity to fast-track talented individuals into key positions within MTN. The MTN Graduate Development Programme provides a comprehensive development experience through a combination of formal training at the MTN Academy and practical on-the-job learning in strategically aligned roles.
The formal component of the program includes modules at MTN’s regional learning centers in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa. These modules incorporate a range of blended learning experiences, including immersive activities, digital and media channels, and engagement with social media platforms. On-the-job development takes place within MTN’s operating companies, where graduates gain in-role experience, interact with executive committees, receive mentoring and coaching, and have the opportunity for job rotation.

Eligibility
In order to be eligible for the program, applicants must have graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit no earlier than 2021, completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with a valid certificate by September 2023, be fluent in English, and possess a valid international passport.
