Role – Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

  • The role of the Monitoring and Evaluation officer is to support the establishment and enhancement of the organizational performance management framework, as well as cater to specific program M&E requirements to guarantee the quality and efficiency of program execution.
  • This individual will aid program staff in formulating performance monitoring plans and results frameworks during program design and implementation, establishing M&E systems, processes, and tools, and contributing to the measurement, analysis, and reporting of outcomes.

Job Requirement – Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

  • – Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • – Demonstrate advanced abilities in data collection and analysis, including proficiency in statistical software such as Excel.
  • – Display strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • – Exhibit the ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • – Proficient in establishing measuring indicators and frameworks.
  • – Develop policies, standards, and guidance for monitoring and evaluation, while ensuring compliance.
