Job Opportunity – Roving Project Coordinator at Plan International
Plan International, established more than 75 years ago, was created with the purpose of advocating for and safeguarding the rights of children. It was founded in 1937 by British journalist John Langdon-Davies and refugee worker Eric Muggeridge, initially aiming to provide essential necessities such as food, shelter, and education to children affected by the Spanish Civil War. Langdon-Davies introduced the concept of a personal connection between a child and a sponsor, a model that places the child at the core of our work and remains integral to our mission. Today, Plan International operates globally, actively working in over 70 countries to advance children’s rights and promote gender equality, particularly for girls.
