Eligibility for the Seplat Energy Graduate Trainee Scheme

1. To be eligible for this scheme, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of a second class Upper (2:1) division.
2. They must also have a minimum of 5 O’ level credits, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in one sitting.
3. Additionally, completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with a valid certificate or an exemption letter is required.
4. Candidates should possess strong analytical and presentation skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), good problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a strong desire for learning.
5. They should also have a good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, a high level of proactivity, and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
6. Digital awareness is also highly valued.
