Eisenhower Fellowships identifies, empowers and connects innovative leaders through a transformative fellowship experience and lifelong engagement in a global network of dynamic change agents committed to creating a world more peaceful, prosperous and just.

In the spring of 2025, Eisenhower Fellowships will convene a diverse assembly of visionaries from around the world and extend an invitation for them to participate in a distinctive nearly six-week program that includes both in-person and virtual elements. During this period, Fellows will have the opportunity to develop a project, cultivate professional relationships, and initiate dynamic, tangible collaborations with their American peers, their cohort, and the esteemed EF network comprising over 2,500 Fellows from 115 nations.

Selection of Fellows is based on their demonstrated leadership capabilities, their potential for future influence, and their dedication to ongoing engagement with Eisenhower Fellowships, all aimed at furthering our mission of promoting international understanding through dialogue to create a more peaceful, prosperous, and equitable world.

Eligibility – Eisenhower Fellowships Program

Typically, Fellows are between the ages of 32 and 45 at the time of their fellowship and possess a high level of proficiency in English.
We seek individuals who exhibit the maturity necessary to fully leverage this exceptional opportunity and to represent Eisenhower Fellowships effectively, while also using this experience to propel themselves as influential leaders in the years ahead.
Applications are welcomed from around the globe, although preference is given to candidates from countries where EF is actively engaged.
Please note that children are not allowed to accompany Fellows at any stage of the fellowship.
