Enter the Entrepreneurship World Cup Pitch Competition for Entrepreneurs worldwide for a chance to win $1million prize

Since 2019, the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) has grown into a massive startup pitch competition and support program. It has attracted over 370,000 entrepreneurs from more than 200 countries and territories, making it one of the most diverse events of its kind. The winners of this competition have the chance to win life-changing prizes, including $4 million in cash and $150 million in in-kind rewards.

But EWC is not just about the competition. It goes beyond that. Throughout this journey, participants have access to hundreds of hours of coaching and training, as well as valuable entrepreneurship programs tailored to each stage of the World Cup. The network you build during this experience provides invaluable guidance and support to help your company achieve its growth objectives.

Now, let’s talk about eligibility. The best part is that there is no entry fee! Any startup from anywhere in the world can apply and become an Applicant. The only requirement is that the startup must be legally registered or planning to register in their country of residence. Additionally, the startup must be ten years old or younger by the date of the Global Finals. The age of the entity is determined by the date of company registration, not the conception of the idea.

If you have been a past winner of the EWC Global Finals, don’t worry! You are still eligible to participate in the 2024 edition. However, there are some considerations for future prizes. You can only compete for different prize categories than the one you won in previous years. The only exception is for the Grand Prize winners, who are not allowed to participate as applicant candidates for EWC 2024. But if you have placed second through fifth or won a category in the past, you are encouraged to apply again, as long as you don’t compete for the same placement.

To ensure fairness in the competition, there is no fast-track for past winners. All applicants, regardless of their previous achievements, will go through the same judging process. This way, everyone has an equal opportunity to showcase their entrepreneurial skills and ideas.

1. Let’s say Entrant A won the Idea Stage prize in 2021. If they decide to apply again, they’ll only be eligible for EWC category prizes and any other ranked prizes that aren’t Idea Stage.

2. If Entrant B wins a specific category prize in 2023 and wants to apply again, they’ll only be considered for prizes in categories they haven’t won before and any ranked prizes.

3. Entrant C came in second place in 2020. If they want to try again, they’ll only be in the running for EWC category prizes and any ranked prize except for second place.
