1. Duration: 1 Year
2. Location: Lagos, Nigeria
3. Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Mondays – Fridays)

Acceptance Criteria – Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Program (FUCAP) – FUCAP HR Internship

1. Minimum of OND
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Good stakeholder management, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
4. Must have a working knowledge of Project Management.
5. Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.
6. Must be social media savvy.
7. Must be detail oriented.
8. Available to work fulltime for the duration of 1 year

PRINCIPAL DUTIES – Unilever Nigeria’s Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Program

1. Assist with organizing FUCAP meetings, preparing meeting materials, and overseeing meeting tasks.
2. Manage the social media accounts for Unilever Early Careers, supervise the creation of event/internship flyers, and draft content for social media posts.
3. Supervise the Unilever Early Careers Email and the monthly global Newsletter.
4. Coordinate logistical requirements for the project.
5. Handle administrative processes, communication, and correspondences.
6. Oversee project budget and transaction reconciliations.
7. Manage both internal and external stakeholders for the project.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES – Unilever Nigeria’s Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Program

1. Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand to determine material requirements for all production facilities.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the reliable and timely delivery of materials.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production and procurement, to prioritize material orders based on production schedules and demand forecasts.
4. Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
5. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the supply chain while adhering to Unilever’s ethical sourcing guidelines.
6. Generate reports and provide analysis to support decision-making processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to anticipate potential material shortages or price fluctuations.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, Unilever’s policies, and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS – Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Program (FUCAP) – FUCAP HR Internship

1. – A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. – 0-2 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production related environment.
3. – Proficiency in inventory management and business-related applications including ERP systems.
4. – Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in supply chain management.
5. – Strong verbal and written communications skills.
6. – Must be detail oriented.
7. – Must have a passion for high performance.
8. – Available to work fulltime for the duration of 1 year.
