Requirements

Now, let’s talk about the requirements. We’re looking for candidates with a First Degree in Social and Management Sciences, Arts and Humanities, or Computer Science. A second class lower or lower credit is a must, and you should have completed your NYSC between 2023 and the Application Closing Date. Oh, and you should be 28 years old or younger.

In terms of academic qualifications, we’re looking for a minimum of 5 O’level credits in one sitting, including English language and Mathematics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, and you should be well-versed in Microsoft Office tools.

But it’s not just about qualifications. We want someone who is innovative, creative, and full of positive energy. As a graduate trainee, you’ll have a range of responsibilities, including shadowing staff members from different departments, participating in on-the-job training and team-building events, and compiling reports and making presentations.

You’ll also have the opportunity to analyze existing systems and offer new ideas for improvement, conduct research, and assist your supervisor whenever possible. Fieldwork and visits to different work sites may also be part of your role.
