The Minorities Fellowship Programme (MFP) was launched in 2005 and is Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UN OHCHR) most comprehensive training program for human rights and minority rights defenders who belong to national or ethnic, religious, and linguistic minorities. By the end of the MFP, the fellows should have a good understanding of the United Nations system, international human rights instruments, and mechanisms in general, with a specific focus on those relevant to minorities.
