Lafarge Africa Plc is pleased to announce an invitation for qualified holders of the Ordinary National Diploma to apply for an eighteen-month vocational training program that encompasses various technical disciplines, including:
- · Maintenance Processes such as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation, as well as Welding and Fabrication Technology.
- · Cement Manufacturing Processes, focusing on Production, Process, and Quality.
The Lafarge Africa multi-skilled vocational training program aims to provide successful candidates with the necessary skills and mindset to pursue self-employment or gain employment in the aforementioned vocational fields.
The training is non-residential and spans 18 months, featuring intensive technical instruction. Participants will benefit from tuition-free classes, comprehensive practical sessions, and a modest allowance to help cover incidental expenses.
Upon completion of the program, candidates will receive the Lafarge Internal Certificate.

Candidates for the Lafarge Africa multi-skilled vocational training program must have completed the Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from an accredited institution no earlier than 2021. Additionally, a minimum of five O’level credits is required, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one other subject, achieved in no more than two sittings.
