External Communication and Innovation Manager (Remote)

 Experience:

At least five years of experience working in corporate communications, digital media management, public relations and branding, particularly in the development space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop brand positioning and identity refresh for the corporate brand Develop communication plans around the Group’s Rey services Manage events and programs
• Champion the development of image building/management strategies and programs, Develop and monitor the Unit’s budget and implements various initiatives to optimise costs, while delivering quality solutions of high impact
• Produce/provide periodic updates and management reports
• Manage relationships with Rey staReholder groups
• Facilitate buy-in to CiA’s Rey consulting and advocacy initiatives through communication and relationship management
• Oversee research and reporting

Digital Media Officer (Remote)

Experience:

At least three years of experience working in content, copy and caption creation, and digital innovation. Must have good writing and editing skills (using relevant software), effective effective organizational abilities, team ethic, and interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Draft and organize digital media content to promote CiA or clients’ initiatives, activities or campaigns Liaise with team members to source adequate content for promotion

Research and report appropriate strategic content Analyse and report on quantitative and qualitative digital impact and opportunities for Group and clients

Cultivate and engage Rey digital partners for earned media and other opportunities

Associate Consultant (Remote)

 Experience:

At least three years of proven experience working in sustainability, development, or communication in consulting or industry. Internship or volunteer experience will be an added advantage. Must pay attention to detail and have good writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s degree in environmental science, geography, social science, or related course of study is recommended.

Responsibilities:

• Support development of sustainability strategy, reports and project implementation
• Research for development of CiA, clients’ and prospects’ business Present reports to clients
• Manage client or partner relations
• Provide consulting, training and development support, as needed
