Eligibility
- To be eligible for the JPA program, you must meet the following minimum requirements: be 28 years old or younger on your first day of service,
- hold a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent,
- and be fluent in English.
- Knowledge of one or more of the Bank’s working languages, such as Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, or Spanish, is a plus.

- By participating in the JPA program, you’ll gain entry-level professional experience in a prestigious development institution. You’ll be offered a two-year, non-renewable Extended Term Consultant (ETC) contract with benefits.
