Globethics aims to foster ethical leadership for a fair, comprehensive, and sustainable world. The inaugural Globethics Youth Leadership Award is introduced during our 20th Anniversary to advance this vision over the next two decades by acknowledging, honoring, and empowering young leaders worldwide who are dedicated to creating positive, ethical changes in their communities, institutions, societies, nations, regions, or globally.

Young leaders who have developed and executed initiatives that have resulted in tangible, demonstrated societal impact and positive change in areas related to one or more of the four Globethics priorities are encouraged to apply for the Globethics Youth Leadership Award. Winning this award would enable recipients to expand and enhance their initiatives.

The awards Globethics Youth Leadership Award

• Award winners will achieve recognition for their pioneering work.
• They will also receive financial and mentoring support to upscale and to multiply the results of their project.
• 1^st prize: USD 15,000
• 2^nd prize: USD 10,000
• 3^rd prize: USD 5,000

Who is eligible to apply? Globethics Youth Leadership Award

• The jury is seeking applications from young leaders (individuals or groups) aged between 18 and 30 years
• These individuals must adopt a values-based approach and are committed to serving the common good through initiatives they are currently leading and wish to further develop.
• These initiatives must be impactful, change-oriented, and related to one or more of the four Globethics priorities.

Selection Criteria for the Globethics Youth Leadership Award

– Demonstrated change resulting from their initiative
