At 100x Impact Accelerator Program, we are actively seeking the next generation of social unicorns – organizations that have the potential to create a billion-scale positive change. We are specifically looking for radical thinkers, visionaries, and entrepreneurs who are passionate about building a new and improved world.

To be eligible for our program, your venture must prioritize the positive change it can make in the world. Whether you are structured as a non-profit or a for-profit, what matters most is your mission-driven approach that places impact at the forefront.

Additionally, your venture should be focused on at least one of our eight impact areas, which include

• Climate and Environment,
• Democracy,
• Happiness and Wellbeing,
• Education,
• Equitable Economies,
• Health and Social Care,
• New Frontiers, and
• Refugees and Cohesion.

ELIGIBILITY: We welcome applicants from anywhere in the world.

• Furthermore, we are looking for emerging startups that have successfully launched their product but are still in the early stages of growth.
• This means that your solution should already be available in the market, and you should have gathered data that supports the positive impact of your model.
• Your organization should have reached a significant number of end-users, either through a direct B2C approach or through partnerships with businesses or government entities (B2B or B2G).
• Additionally, you should have a dedicated team of four or more full-time employees and have secured a minimum of USD100,000 in capital from various sources.
• Lastly, we are seeking ventures with ambition for scale. We want to work with entrepreneurs who have a perspective on the possible ‘endgame’ for their social unicorn, which involves making a positive impact on a massive scale and potentially reaching billions of people. We do not provide funding for the following types of projects:

1. Ideas or ventures in the pre-pilot stage.
2. Ventures that do not have plans to scale their impact and achieve their mission.
3. Projects that are part of established, mature ventures, unless there is a plan to spin them out.
4. Government bodies, network bodies, grant-making foundations, financing intermediaries (unless they directly serve end users), or similar entities.

At 100x, we are searching for the future social unicorns – organizations that are making a positive impact on a massive scale. Our selection process involves a thorough assessment of both the individuals and the business model. We consider the following essential factors:

1. Outstanding leadership.
2. Addressable impact.
3. Established proof of concept.
4. High velocity of change.
5. Distinctiveness of solution.
6. Cohort fit.

Our goal is to carefully select ventures that not only offer innovative solutions but also have leaders who are truly dedicated to making a positive impact on society and the environment. We highly value being connected to communities, embracing inclusive approaches, and having the ability to bring about meaningful and lasting change.

We aim to have 70% of our portfolio comprised of ventures from emerging markets. Additionally, we prioritize supporting organizations where founders and/or senior team members are based in the same region as our organization operates.

Furthermore, we are enthusiastic about supporting female-led organizations that have considered gender in their product or service design. We believe in fostering a global community of leaders that represents diverse perspectives and contributes to a thriving market.
