Applications are currently being accepted for Cohort 50 of the YALI RLC West Africa Emerging Leaders Program in Accra, focusing on “YOUTH IN AGRI-BUSINESS.” The selection process is based on merit and is open to all eligible candidates. Shortlisted applicants will undergo interviews before the final selection is made.
Participate in the onsite training for agri-business professionals serving vulnerable groups along the value chain. Take advantage of networking and mentoring opportunities offered through the program.

Reasons to Apply to the YALI Accra RLC include the opportunity to receive certificates and become part of the YALI Alumni network upon completion of the program. Participants will undergo diverse leadership training to equip them for leadership positions in their respective fields. What We Provide at the YALI RLC West Africa Emerging Leaders Program – YOUTH IN AGRI-BUSINESS
1. Business and Entrepreneurship: This track is designed for emerging or aspiring entrepreneurs looking to assume leadership roles in the private sector or establish their own business ventures in Africa.
2. Civil Society Management: Geared towards individuals engaged in or aspiring to engage in civic activities, serving the public through NGOs, community-based organizations, or volunteer work.
3. Public Policy and Management: Tailored for those currently working or aspiring to work in government at any level, regional organizations like the African Union or the West Africa Community, international organizations such as the United Nations, or other public service-oriented organizations and think tanks.
