The 2024 World Bank recruitment drive for Africa is now accepting applications. The World Bank’s Western and Central Africa Region seeks committed professionals who are passionate about international development to enhance its innovative and diverse workforce. We are introducing 20 new positions within our country offices located in the Western and Central Africa Region.
TARGET AUDIENCE: World Bank recruitment drive for Africa 2024
Mid-career professionals, technical specialists with a minimum of 5 years of experience in their respective fields, professional associations, as well as faculty and students interested in gaining insights into the World Bank Group.
Requirements: World Bank recruitment drive for Africa 2024
– Candidates must be interested in a local position within one of the World Bank’s offices in the Western and Central Africa region.
– Applicants should possess a Master’s and/or PhD Degree(s) along with 5-8 years of relevant professional experience for levels GF, GG, and EC2.
– For the GE position, a Bachelor’s degree and an accounting certificate are required, along with at least 2 years of experience.
– Candidates should be technical experts with development experience in pertinent areas.
– Proficiency in both oral and written English is essential; knowledge of French or Portuguese may be required for certain positions.
