The We Are Together International Prize for Social Change is dedicated to supporting initiatives related to social change through volunteering, as a recognition of the great contribution made by individuals and organizations in solving important humanitarian problems. This prestigious award is given annually to citizens and organizations from all over the world, regardless of their country of residence, nationality, gender, and other factors.

The selection process for the Prize involves considering projects from six different regions: the CIS, Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East and North Africa, North and South America, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
