Applications open for the Nigerian Agip Exploration Post Graduate Scholarship Award Scheme.
Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024/2025 Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) Post Graduate Scholarship Award Scheme. Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) Limited, in partnership with NNPC/NAE PSC, is dedicated to the training and development of skilled individuals as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

In line with this commitment, NAE is inviting applications from eligible Nigerian graduates who are interested in pursuing postgraduate studies for the 2024/2025 academic year. The scholarship is available in two categories:
1. Overseas – for those who wish to study at a reputable university abroad.
2. Local – for those who prefer to study at a recognized Nigerian university.
Eligibility: Nigerian Agip Exploration Post Graduate Scholarship Award Scheme
To be eligible for the 2024/2025 NAE Post Graduate Scholarship Award scheme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
– Hold a minimum of a Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Nigerian university.
– Have gained admission into a Nigerian or Overseas university (depending on the chosen category) for a one-year Master’s Degree program in any of the listed disciplines.
– Be below 28 years of age as of December 31st, 2024.
– Have completed the one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
– Possess a valid international passport with a minimum validity of one year from September 2024 (applicable to the overseas category).
Only candidates with an offer of admission in disciplines related to the following areas should apply:
– Geosciences
– Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Subsea, Electrical/Electronics, Marine, Chemical)
– Petroleum Economics
– Law (Oil and Gas/Petroleum)

1. Only candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted for the aptitude test.
2. Shortlisted candidates will receive detailed information about the qualifying test through SMS text and Email. Please provide valid email and phone contacts.
3. Employees of NAE and its affiliate companies, as well as their dependents, are not eligible for this scholarship.
4. Individuals who have previously received similar awards from NAE, its affiliate companies, and agencies are also not eligible.
5. It is important to thoroughly understand the instructions before starting the application to avoid any errors or disqualification.
6. Strict adherence to the above guidelines is mandatory.
