Dell STEM Aspire is a mentorship initiative designed for female students in their second year of college, connecting them with mentors from Dell Technologies. The program’s primary objective is to inspire and empower passionate individuals pursuing degrees in STEM fields, facilitating their entry into fulfilling careers within the technology industry. Relevant areas of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Networking, Cyber Security, IT Management, and other related disciplines.

Eligibility: Dell STEM Aspire Mentorship Program
To qualify for the program, you must be a female student based in Ireland, currently enrolled in a STEM course at the second-year level in higher education.

How can I register?
Please submit your application for this opportunity by October 1st, 2024.
Kindly upload your CV, ensuring it includes the following information:
– Your full name, the name of your college, and your course of study.
– The specific area of technology that interests you the most.
– Your reasons for wanting to participate in a mentoring program with Dell Technologies.
Successful candidates will receive a link to complete a brief video interview, which may include questions about your background, interests, and academic pursuits.
What are the expectations for me?
You are required to engage with your mentor at least once a month, with the format (virtual or in-person) to be determined by each mentee-mentor pair.
You should also participate in events organized by the program, including 3-4 on-site events at our Dell offices throughout the year.
Following your application, you will receive additional information regarding the next steps and the structure of the mentoring program by no later than October 11th.
If selected for the program, you will be expected to meet with your mentor regularly (either in person or virtually) at least once a month for the duration of the program.
