Applications open for the Coca-Cola HBC International Leadership Trainee Program

The 2024 Coca-Cola HBC International Leadership Trainee Program is currently accepting applications. This program is designed for talented individuals who are just starting their professional careers. It aims to accelerate your international career in the Commercial sector and prepare you for future leadership roles. The program is set to commence in October 2024.

Participants in the program will gain international exposure and undergo a comprehensive leadership curriculum. They will have the opportunity to work in one of the 29 countries where Coca-Cola HBC operates. Throughout the program, trainees will be responsible for managing strategic projects that will enhance their skills and knowledge for future leadership positions.

The focus of the International Leadership Trainee program is on developing commercial expertise. Participants will learn firsthand about the company’s commercial strategy and will also hone soft skills, strategic thinking, public speaking, stakeholder management, and other leadership qualities. The ultimate goal is to accelerate your career progression and groom you to be a successful commercial leader who can drive innovation and growth within Coca-Cola HBC.

This program offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and international exposure. Participants will engage in a variety of hands-on tasks both in the office and in the field, as well as work on impactful projects. Through our collaboration with Hult International Business School, we provide a blend of academic rigor and practical business knowledge to equip future leaders with the necessary skills.

Requirements

• You are determined, curious and self-driven​

• You have 1-3 years of work experience in any business-related area​
• You have a university degree or you are in your last year at university and able to commit full-time (40 hours/ week)​​

Application

• Please submit your resume and respond to a series of questions. Upon completion, you will be required to take a Business Reasoning test and participate in a brief video interview.
• You will have the opportunity to engage in an interview with a Recruitment Manager and a Senior Commercial Leader. Following the interview, you will receive detailed feedback to aid in your self-assessment and readiness for the next phase of the process.
• Experience a business simulation in the market with the assistance of our Sales team. You will be expected to observe, listen, and share your insights with the Country General Manager and the People & Culture Director during a meeting.
• Participate in an online assessment day filled with interactions and simulations, followed by a one-hour session with a professional coach. These activities are designed to prepare you for the final step – a meeting with our Group Senior Leaders.
