The BAT Leaf Growing Internship Programme consists of functional projects that will be assigned to the intern for a duration of one year. In addition to completing challenging tasks on a daily basis, the candidate will receive coaching from the assignment/line manager through a structured plan and a defined set of deliverables, in order to enhance both their business and leadership skills.
Eligibility for The BAT Leaf Growing Internship Programme
- BAT expects applicants to have graduated within the past two years with a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, driven, ambitious, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, along with strong organizational and planning abilities, are essential.
- We also value innovative individuals with proficient computer skills.
- Candidates who have previous work experience in a manufacturing environment will have an advantage.
