Applications open for the BAT Leaf Growing Internship Programme

The BAT Leaf Growing Internship Programme consists of functional projects that will be assigned to the intern for a duration of one year. In addition to completing challenging tasks on a daily basis, the candidate will receive coaching from the assignment/line manager through a structured plan and a defined set of deliverables, in order to enhance both their business and leadership skills.

Eligibility for The BAT Leaf Growing Internship Programme

1. BAT expects applicants to have graduated within the past two years with a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field.
2. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, driven, ambitious, and eager to learn.
3. Excellent communication skills, along with strong organizational and planning abilities, are essential.
4. We also value innovative individuals with proficient computer skills.
5. Candidates who have previous work experience in a manufacturing environment will have an advantage.
