The 2024 Access Bank Entry Level Recruitment Program is now accepting applications. The program offers an intensive training at the School of Banking Excellence, where you can train alongside other highly qualified candidates.

Requirements: Access Bank Entry Level Recruitment Program for Young Nigerian Graduates

1. – Minimum B.Sc. degree in any discipline.
2. – Age not exceeding 26 years at the time of application, or 28 years for candidates with MSc, LLB.
3. – Minimum of second class lower (2:2) from a reputable university.
4. – Completion of NYSC.

Recruitment Process: Access Bank Entry Level Recruitment Program for Young Nigerian Graduates

• 1. Candidates meeting the Bank’s requirements will undergo a written test.
• 2. Successful candidates attend an open day at Access head office for interactive activities.
• 3. Process includes a psychometric test, essay writing exercise, and panel interview.
• 4. Final interview with the Head of Human Resources.
• 5. Training school offer letters sent to successful candidates.
