Applications open for the $500,000 Patoranking Foundation Tech Scholarship
The Patoraking Foundation, established by Nigerian musician Patrick Okorie, also known as Patoraking, is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing Africa through education, empowerment, and entrepreneurship. In order to fulfill its mission, the foundation has partnered with ALX, a leading tech training platform, to launch a scholarship program.
Target and Benefits of the Patoranking Foundation Tech Scholarship
- The Patoraking Foundation Tech Scholarship aims to train 40 individuals who possess strong technological skills and expose them to transformative programs in data analytics, cloud computing, and Salesforce Administration.
- The selected participants will receive training to become the next generation of tech pioneers in Africa.
- Over the course of six years, the Foundation has invested over $1 million in the education of African youth.

Eligibility for the Patoranking Foundation Tech Scholarship
- To be eligible for the program, applicants must possess strong technological skills and be between the ages of 18 and 34.
- They must also complete the ALX admissions process and be accepted into an ALX tech program.
- Additionally, a separate application for the Patoraking Foundation Tech Scholarship must be submitted.
