Applications for the 2025 KPMG Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme are now being accepted. This program is designed for recent university graduates who are interested in joining KPMG to help shape the future. KPMG is looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence, collaboration, innovation, and providing exceptional solutions.

Eligibility for the KPMG Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme

To be considered a strong candidate, you must meet the following criteria:

– Have a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university
– Possess a minimum of 5 O’ Level credits (including English and Mathematics)
– Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
– Be under 28 years of age at the time of application
– Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
– Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper degree from the Nigerian Law School if you are a law graduate
– Demonstrate excellent research and writing skills
– Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills
– Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
– Have digital skills
– Have not taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months
