Profile Evaluation
Complete a profile evaluation that includes 5 brief online games focusing on various aspects of your cognitive, emotional, and social characteristics. Following the completion of the games, you will receive personalized feedback.
Digital Interview
The digital interview will involve answering 3 short questions and then working on a business case. You will be required to tackle real-world issues using scenarios from Unilever. You have the flexibility to record and finish your interview at your own convenience, from any location.
Virtual Discovery Channel
You will receive an invitation to participate in a virtual ‘day in the life of’ a Future Leader at Unilever. This experience will involve engaging in a variety of stimulating activities such as project meetings, business challenges, team meetings with colleagues, and one-on-one sessions with your line manager.
