- To be eligible for the Challenge, you must fall within the age range of 18 to 35 years old, regardless of whether you are a student (Bachelors, Masters, MBA, or PhD) or a young professional. It is important to note that you cannot have previously been recognized as a Drucker Challenge Laureate or have participated in the Drucker Forum in any capacity.

However, you can only submit one essay and must indicate your main occupation in the submission form.
- For those in the student category, you may be either a part-time or full-time student pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, MBA, or PhD degree. Alternatively, if you have recently completed your studies and are seeking your first professional opportunity, you are also eligible to participate.
