The Access Bank Youthrive Program is an innovative initiative that brings together Access Bank and the Vice President’s office to empower individuals and MSMEs. The program focuses on capacity development, financial empowerment, and business exchange, with the goal of making a positive impact on 4 million young people over the next four years.

Access Bank Youthrive Program Eligibility

To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet certain requirements based on their current situation.
These include being a startup with less than 12 months in operation,
an established business owner with more than 1 year in operation,
a graduate seeking employment or a business venture, or a non-graduate looking to acquire skills or start a business.

Access Bank Youthrive Program Program Pillars

The program is built on three pillars.
The first pillar is capacity development, which aims to equip young people with the skills they need for entrepreneurship and employability.
The second pillar is business exchange, where exceptional entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to participate in sponsored programs in countries like the Netherlands, China, or India.
The third pillar is access to funding, providing participants with access to business grants and loans to help scale their businesses once they have completed the capacity development programs.
Additionally, the program also offers employment opportunities for those who successfully complete the comprehensive capacity development programs.
