Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024 Heineken Management Trainee Programme. This program offers exceptional opportunities for self-motivated and talented individuals to achieve their career goals. Through a fast-paced and accelerated learning environment, trainees receive customized development, experience, and mentorship to propel them to senior positions within Heineken Beverages.

The main objective of the programme is to cultivate competent and well-equipped leaders who can drive the business forward and take it to new heights. Upon completion of the traineeship, participants will have acquired the necessary technical and leadership skills to excel in a leadership role within the Supply Chain functions of Heineken Beverages. We are specifically looking for 7 recent graduates who are interested in specializing in the Processing field at one of our Manufacturing sites within the Supply Chain.

Programme Duration: 2024 Heineken Management Trainee Programme

– Exposure to supply chain support functions with a focus on Processing
– Involvement in improvement projects and hands-on workplace experience
– Opportunities to stand in for specific job roles
– Understanding of the business value-chain and core business fundamentals

Requirements: 2024 Heineken Management Trainee Programme

– Tertiary qualification (Degree/BTech) in Chemical Engineering or a related field
– Must be a South African citizen
– Strong academic record at the tertiary level
– Proficient in computer skills
– Ability to thrive in a challenging environment and make a positive impact
– Highly motivated and capable of self-management
– Demonstrated track record of high performance in past tasks and assignments
– Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and education levels
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
