Applications open for 2024 Gratitude Network Fellowship Program

Applications are currently being accepted for the Gratitude Network Fellowship Program, which aims to enhance the confidence and capabilities of leaders while providing them with the necessary tools and processes to expand their organization’s impact.

By participating in the Gratitude Network Fellowship Program, fellows experience an increase in leadership confidence and are able to lead more effectively. They also develop teams that are aligned and prepared to execute a multi-year strategic plan, ultimately resulting in a greater impact on children and youth.

The program spans over 12 months, from July 2024 to June 2025, and requires a monthly time commitment of 10 hours. The sessions are conducted virtually on a monthly basis, allowing for flexibility and accessibility. Each global cohort consists of 35-40 fellows.

The primary focus of the fellows is to accelerate the growth of high-impact social entrepreneurs who are dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth in three key areas: Education, Health and Wellbeing, and Children’s Rights.

Participating in the Gratitude Network Fellowship Program offers numerous benefits. Leaders have the opportunity to learn how to effectively plan, track, and achieve goals. They also develop the skills to manage and delegate tasks within their teams more efficiently. Additionally, fellows have the chance to connect and learn from other nonprofit leaders, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

The program also aims to align the leadership team of each organization, ensuring a clear expansion vision that is in line with the organizational goals. This includes the development of a multi-year strategic plan, which provides a roadmap for future growth and success.

Ultimately, the impact on beneficiaries is significant. Through the Gratitude Network Fellowship Program, there is a noticeable change in the trajectory of impact, resulting in an increase in the number of children and youth reached by these organizations.

The program supports social impact leaders and their nonprofit organizations that are in the growth stage. These organizations focus on serving under-resourced, under-represented, and/or underserved children and youth around the world. They have proven, community-based solutions in the areas of education, healthcare, and safety.

Gratitude Fellows are committed to expanding their organization’s impact through leadership development, organizational capacity building, and strategic planning. They are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children and youth globally.

Eligibility Criteria

The Gratitude Network Fellowship Program requires both the organization’s leader and the organization itself to meet specific eligibility requirements. To qualify, the organization must be a legally registered non-profit, charity, or NGO that has been in operation for at least two years. Additionally, the organization must have a minimum of two full-time employees, including the applicant, and its beneficiaries should primarily be children and youth in the fields of Education, Health and Well-being, or Children’s Rights. The organization should also be ready to scale and expand its impact.

As for the applicant/leader, they must hold strategic decision-making power within the organization and be fully committed to its mission on a full-time basis. They should also be prepared and interested in leading the organization through the process of scaling and expanding its impact. Lastly, the applicant/leader must be able to adhere to the time commitments and schedule of the Gratitude Network Fellowship Program.
