Calling all young men and women from West Africa, specifically Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Nigeria, aged 21 to 32! Get ready to embark on an incredible journey with the ALIWA Youth Leadership Program (AYLP).Africa Leadership Initiative West Africa (ALIWA)
This transformative 6-month program is designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills needed to become exceptional leaders and make a positive impact on society. Throughout the program, you will be encouraged to think critically and deeply about your values, ideas, and what it takes to create a better society.

- PROGRAM SCHEDULE
The ALIWA Youth Leadership Program (AYLP) runs for six (6) months from January to June 2024 via online sessions.
- PROGRAM STRUCTURE
3 – 4 months of seminars by Fellows of the Africa Leadership Initiative West Africa
Capstone Project component supported through peer engagements and mentor reviews for 2-3 months
A curated transition sessionWHO IS ELIGIBLE - Youths between 21 to 32
- Those with otential for leadership and a personal commitments
Ability to engage in complex and diverse text.
Open to applicants from Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone. Other West African countries may apply.
