60 Decibels: Inclusive Energy Opportunity Call for Entires
Thanks to funding from Good Energies, 60 Decibels is able to offer another set of Inclusive Energy Opportunity projects. The Inclusive Energy Opportunity will provide support and insights for 10 start-ups in the energy sector, with a specific focus on women-led and/or locally-owned enterprises.
The organisations selected to take part will receive detailed insights on the profile and experiences of their customers, also learning about customer satisfaction, and the impact of their products/services. This can be used to take action to create more positive impact and help secure funding.
In order to be considered for 60 Decibels: Inclusive Energy Opportunity, your organisation must:
– Deliver products/services to end-users (B2C)
– Have an existing customer base
– Be early-stage (no significant investment to date)
– Be locally-owned and/or women-led
To qualify for a fully-funded survey, companies must supply energy products or services directly to end-users in developing markets and fulfill at least one of the following conditions: they should be locally-owned, led by women, in the early stages of development, operating in emerging markets, or providing innovative technologies.
These companies will have the opportunity to leverage high-quality independent insights to guide their business development strategies, enhance the impact they create for their customers, and attract potential investors.
Information derived from the Inclusive Energy Opportunity is available on page 47 of 60 Decibels’ report titled Why Off-Grid Energy Matters 2024, which offers comprehensive performance insights across 60 Decibels’ key indicators, focusing on customer demographics, experiences, impacts, satisfaction levels, and feedback.
