The program offers an intensive training at the School of Banking Excellence, where you can train alongside other highly qualified candidates. Requirements: Access Bank Entry Level Recruitment Program for Young Nigerian Graduates – Minimum B.Sc. degree in any discipline. – Age not exceeding 26 years at the time of application, or 28 years for candidates with MSc, LLB. – Minimum of second class lower (2:2) from a reputable university. – Completion of NYSC.
